About Ann Callegan

I am licensed in Alabama and in Florida! My specialty is Resort and Second home properties and finding income producing properties to enhance portfolios. Finding that special property can sometimes be difficult as each client's goals and desires are different, but when we find that special place it is always worth the wait!

I love to help families find the home of their dreams. Many of them are moving here from other places so it's fun exploring the different areas in Baldwin County. The Gulf Coast is such a special place to live and when families find the one place they have been searching for its great to know that I have helped them through the entire process. I become a part of my clients lives forever and so it's not just about the selling or the buying of a home, but the relationship we create.

My husband and I have two cats, both rescues that we love and adore. We love to boat and jet ski when we have time. Probably our favorite thing to do is to sit on our porch and enjoy the view of the water and watch the pelicans fly by.

For each sale that I do, a part of my commission goes to the Children's Miracle Network and I have participated since the beginning of my career. I am so proud to let my clients know that together we are helping children. I also have participated in raising money for Multiple Sclerosis foundation and participated in the bike ride in Mississippi.
